Owing to the company's additional security controls that will be activated on 17 August 2022, I have decided to shut down the CrewWeb app as of that date.

Therefore, beginning 17 August 2022, CrewWeb will no longer access the company's CWA (Crew Web Access) website.

If you are using an older version of CrewWeb that is able to access CWA, I recommend that you do not use it. Your interactions with CWA may produce unpredictable results.

The company is providing the CrewView app to replace CrewWeb. For directions on how to install CrewView, look in your EFB/IEFB or call the company help desk.

• Pilots, look in EFB under Collections -> Not Flying -> EFB Information -> BYOD Apps
• Flight attendants, look in IEFB under Collections -> IEFB Information and App User Guides -> BYOD Apps
